I am a Senior Salesforce Architect, Developer, and AI Specialist with 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and 21 Salesforce certifications.

I currently work at Salesforce as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer Lead, helping customers design, build, and operationalize Agentforce, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Data 360, and Generative AI solutions.

Over the years, I have worked across startups, consulting firms, and large enterprises, designing scalable Salesforce and AI-driven solutions for organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprise environments. My experience spans enterprise architecture, integrations, automation, governance, AI strategy, and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations across industries including healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, telecommunications, petroleum, retail, e-commerce, and agricultural finance.

My technical background includes Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Python, Java, integrations, cloud technologies, and modern AI-assisted software development workflows. I have hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Salesforce CPQ, Health Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360.

I have also led and collaborated with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, working in both highly technical and client-facing roles. I currently live in North Carolina, United States, and previously lived in multiple countries including Tunisia and France. I speak English, French, and Arabic fluently.

Outside of technology, I am deeply interested in history, personal finance, economics, geopolitics, entrepreneurship, and the long-term impact of artificial intelligence on society and software engineering.
